Walking! It is a fun and inexpensive way of becoming fit. Running on a treadmill: installing a T.V. facing the equipment or listening to music will keep you entertained. Swimming, especially for people with arthritis and excess body weight. Group Classes: such as step, aerobics, stretching, yoga, pilates… Jumping on the rope. Dancing to your favourite music. Biking indoor (stationary bike) or outdoor. Gardening and watering the plants.
